Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. We offer refunds or exchanges under the following rare circumstances where you might not be completely satisfied with your purchase:

  1. The item was damaged upon arrival.
  2. The incorrect item was delivered.
  3. The incorrect size was delivered.

For all other situations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, you may return the product within 5 days of the original purchase for store credit, either in-store or online, which you can use for future purchases. Please note, we will not accept any claims after 5 days from the original purchase date.

Process for Returns To initiate a return, please send an email to hello@boshrassignaturedesigns.ca with your order number and details of your request. We will guide you through the return process. Upon approval of your return, you will be responsible for couriering the item back to us.

Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@boshrassignaturedesigns.ca.

Shipping and Delivery In the event of a delay in delivery, you may request proof of shipping, which will be provided promptly and remain available for a limited time before deletion from our system.

Please note that once an order has been shipped and proof of shipment has been issued, Boshra Signature Designs cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.
